Senior Paralegal

Susan has 15 years of experience as a corporate paralegal working with clients of all sizes in the areas of corporate governance, capitalization management, securities filings, debt and equity financings, and initial public offerings.

Prior to joining Ketsal, Susan worked as a corporate paralegal in the emerging companies/venture capital practices of several large international law firms in Silicon Valley.

In her spare time, Susan enjoys hiking in the hills and mountains near her home, hanging out at the beach, and cheering on her favorite hockey team.
