With previous experience both in house and at a startup/fintech focused boutique law firm, Jenna has advised early to mid-stage companies across a variety of industries. Having worked with companies from inception to exit, she specializes in venture financing, product advisement, contract negotiation, and GDPR-compliant terms of service and privacy policies. Additionally, Jenna has experience with tactical advice across general corporate matters, including equity award drawing, capitalization table management, SEC filings, and software licensing agreements.
